INDIVIDUALIZED 1:1 COACHING

Looking to place your training in someone else’s hands? Based on our initial intake questionnaire and call, you’ll receive customized written programming delivered online via TrueCoach (an app and website).  Each day’s training session is clearly laid out for you with video demonstrations and written cueing, along with space for you to upload your own videos and feedback.  

Coaching includes weekly video and written feedback, as well as ongoing support via email and messaging.

1:1 Coaching Includes:

  • Customized written programming designed to fit your unique needs, goals, and schedule

  • Weekly feedback via TrueCoach

  • Ongoing support through unlimited email and in-app messaging

1:1 REMOTE TRAINING

Personal training from the comfort of your own home!  You get everything included in the Individualized 1:1 Coaching, along with live training sessions delivered via Zoom.

Remote Training includes live sessions, on-own programming for the remainder of the week,  video and written feedback, and ongoing support via email and messaging.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMMING

Similar to coaching, your individualized written programming will be delivered to you via TrueCoach and updated weekly based on your feedback.  Perfect for someone who is comfortable flying solo, but doesn’t want the stress of writing their own programming.

  • Customized written programming designed to fit your unique needs, goals, and schedule

  • Ongoing support through weekly email and in-app messaging

  • Technique feedback available a la carte (not included weekly)

TECHNIQUE REVIEWS

For the more experienced lifter who is looking to get another set of eyes on their movements, but doesn’t require ongoing programming or feedback.  Send in the video(s) of your choice, and receive both written and video feedback, as well as cues, drills, and instruction (as needed) to incorporate into your training for continuous improvement. 

JUMPSTART PERSONALIZED FITNESS PROGRAM & TRAINING SESSION

Just starting out and looking for a personalized program to follow on your own, on your own terms?  The JumpStart training program offers you a customized strength and conditioning program tailored to your individual goals and needs, with no commitment.  After filling out a detailed questionnaire, we’ll jump on a call to review your answers and work together to create a plan especially for you!  Includes a follow-up call two weeks later to address any questions, and to go over progressions for movements so that you can continue to progress on your own.

Includes:

  • In-depth Questionnaire

  • 90 minute online 1:1 coaching call and Jumpstart training session

  • Coaching session notes, support documents, and 4 week training program

  • 30 minute follow up coaching call
