Your fitness doesn’t have to be your full time job.  Let it be mine!

You're a busy woman who wants to prioritize your health and wellness, but your efforts keep coming to a halt when life throws obstacles in your path. You start each journey with excitement and motivation. Still, after a few weeks, when the demands on your time increase and the results you seek fail to materialize, your new program loses its shine and becomes a burden.

You come up with reason after reason to push your workout to the next day, and it's a struggle to plan your meals and prepare your food. You're spinning in circles, but you don't know how to get off the merry-go-round. You're frustrated, overwhelmed, and beginning to think that you're the one to blame.

IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT.

Hi, I'm Staci, and I'm here to help.

I coach busy women who struggle to start and maintain a workout program to create a home training practice that works for them, in their own space, in the time they have available, to lose weight, tone up, get strong, and wear their favorite clothes again.

My clients are committed to their health and well-being, but they're overwhelmed with the "perfect programs" floating around social media. They want to make fitness a constant in their lives, but they're lost at how they can make it work around their schedules, family life, and work obligations.

The women I work with are intelligent, motivated, and caring, who love knowing exactly what actions they need to take to reach their fitness goals and appreciate having someone in their corner on whom they can rely.

I get really excited when my clients can focus on achieving their goals, knowing that their programming has been designed to fit their lives, not the other way around.

I’VE BEEN IN YOUR SHOES.

I've never been a natural athlete. I was the kid most likely to fail the President's Fitness Challenge each year in gym class. Run a mile? Hell no. Flexed arm hang? Wasn't happening. Sit ups? Maaaaybe.

If you had told me back then that I'd spend my adulthood loving movement and exercise and working with women to teach them how to build their own successful home training practices, I would have laughed out loud.

Like most women I knew, I'd go to the gym and hit the elliptical or the treadmill, banking those cardio minutes and dreading most every minute of it. I tried aerobics classes, spin classes - you name it, and I probably tried it. Sure, I was "burning calories", but my training had no direction or purpose, and as a result, the changes I was looking to create weren't happening.

THERE HAD TO BE ANOTHER WAY.

By the time I turned 30, I was frustrated. I didn't feel how I wanted to feel in my skin, and I knew I could do better. So I set a goal to run a 5K (me, the kid who couldn't run a mile unless someone was chasing me or I needed to find a potty). For the next two months, I followed a set training plan and went from never running at all to finishing an entire 30 minutes of uninterrupted running.

I was hooked. It turns out that if you follow a plan consistently, the results are almost guaranteed.

From there, I turned to weight training. And guess what I discovered there as well? Yup. Having a plan and following it led to success.

Going to the gym - it no longer sucked. I liked it SO much that I began training people professionally, full time, at one of the best gyms in NYC. But as my client load grew, it became more and more difficult to squeeze my own training into the day. I had an hour-long commute each day. And then I got married, became a mother, and suddenly, my time wasn't my own anymore.

I REALIZED THAT I HAD TO SET MYSELF UP FOR SUCCESS.

I had the desire. I had the determination. What I didn't have was time. So, since I couldn't always find the time to train in the gym, I brought the gym home to me.

Starting with a yoga mat and a basic dumbbell set, I set a training schedule and was able to stick to it regardless of what was going on in my life. It didn't need to be complicated, soul-crushing, or fancy to work - it just needed to be consistent.

Once I realized that a home-based practice was the secret to consistency and results, I knew I had to share this with my training clients. So we all got out of the gym and took our training into our own hands and homes, and we made it work.

IT’S YOUR TURN.

Today, I get to share the simple secrets of creating long-lasting change with remarkable women worldwide, helping them become the versions of themselves they've always wanted to become.
