In-depth Questionnaire

Upon booking your session, you'll receive a link to complete a detailed questionnaire via Google Forms. Your answers to this form are your opportunities to let me know exactly where you are right now and what you're hoping to get from our session, so the more detail you give me, the better our collaboration will be. This collaboration is the secret sauce - it's what allows me to create a program designed especially for you. 

90 minute Online One to One Coaching Call and JumpStart Training Session

Here's where the fun begins! After spending some time diving deeper into the answers to your assessment form, we will determine the 2-3 action steps you can take RIGHT NOW to start your journey moving in the right direction. We'll address current obstacles and limitations, discuss your training goals and needs, available equipment, space, and time, so that we can build a training program that fits YOU, instead of trying to fit you into a program built for someone else.   

Coaching Session Notes, Support Documents, and Personalized Training Program

Within 48 hours, you'll receive a summary outlining our conversation and agreed-upon action steps. You'll also receive your personalized one-month training program, recommended equipment (where appropriate), and a goal-setting tracking sheet so that your program can grow with you and continue to be effective beyond the initial 4-week plan. 

30 Minute Follow Up Coaching Call

Two weeks into your program, we'll schedule a follow-up coaching call to go over any questions you may have and to discuss your progress and how to keep moving forward in your journey.  Rome wasn't built in a day, and as you get stronger, you're going to need to keep pushing the envelope. That's why we’ll go over progressions for each movement so that you can continue to make progress.
